FRAME MADEIRAS ESPECIAIS LTDA, a private legal entity registered with the CNPJ under No. 83.684.191/0001-85, and JULIANA FLORESTAL LTDA, a private legal entity registered with the CNPJ under No. 83.848.309/0001-63, both headquartered at Rua Luiz Caetano Francio, No. 475, ZIP code 89.503-220, Figueroa neighborhood, in the city of Caçador, State of Santa Catarina, hereinafter referred to as “FRAMEPORT GROUP,” “FRAMEPORT,” or “we,” present this Privacy Policy ("Policy") to ensure transparency in the processing of personal data within their operations.

This Policy was prepared in accordance with current legislation, especially Law No. 12,965/2014 (Brazilian Civil Rights Framework for the Internet - MCI) and Law No. 13.709/2018 (General Data Protection Law - LGPD).

For the FRAMEPORT GROUP, being a market reference in wooden doors is as important as ensuring a transparent relationship with its customers, employees, and society in general. Part of this transparency involves complying with legal obligations and safeguarding the security of the information entrusted to us.

Accordingly, this Policy is intended to provide information on how the FRAMEPORT GROUP processes the personal data of individuals (“Users,” “Data Subjects,” or “you”) collected during physical or digital interactions (websites).

This document is extremely important. When you interact with FRAMEPORT GROUP—whether acquiring goods, services, using digital platforms, or engaging in any other interaction with the Group or its authorized third parties—your personal data may be processed. WHAT PERSONAL DATA IS PROCESSED BY FRAMEPORT GROUP?

Personal data refers to any information that can directly or indirectly identify a natural person. Examples include: name, CPF (Individual Taxpayer Number), email address, IP address, phone number, vehicle license plate, location, etc.

As a rule, the companies within the FRAMEPORT GROUP will act as Controllers of the personal data under their power, although they may share this data with other Controllers or Processors, as explained later.

The data processed by the FRAMEPORT GROUP can be divided into the following categories:

  1. Data collected through physical interactions with Data Subjects, such as service contracts, product quotes, budgets, sales, service delivery, field research for FSC certification, etc.;

  2. Data collected or generated through digital interactions, such as websites, social media, apps, etc. In these cases, browsing data may also be collected in the background, usually via cookies.

DATA SHARING WITH THIRD PARTIES

FRAMEPORT GROUP may share the aforementioned personal data with third parties, always under its supervision, in the following cases:

  • Data storage and processing (cloud storage providers, software platforms);

  • With the FSC® certification body;

  • With client audit companies;

  • With public agencies or private entities performing public duties or complying with legal requirements (e.g. tax authorities, judicial requests, employee health services);

  • With third-party transportation service providers;

  • With food benefit card providers;

  • During acquisition, sale, merger, corporate restructuring, or any other change of business control. In such cases, FRAMEPORT GROUP will ensure data protection continuity and notify the Data Subject in advance.


DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS

Through the email dpo@frameport.com.br, Users may request:

  1. Confirmation of data processing and access to data;

  2. Correction of incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data;

  3. Anonymization, blocking, or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data or data processed contrary to LGPD;

  4. Data portability to another service or product provider, considering trade and industrial secrets;

  5. Deletion of data processed based on consent;

  6. Withdrawal of consent;

  7. Information about public and private entities with which FRAMEPORT GROUP shared data;

  8. Review of automated decisions that affect their interests, including decisions that define personal, professional, consumption, or credit profiles, or personality aspects.

We will respond within the legal timeframe. However, some requests may be partially fulfilled or denied when there is a legal basis, in which case we will provide clarifications.


DATA RETENTION

Personal data will be retained by FRAMEPORT GROUP or authorized third parties for as long as necessary to fulfill a contractual obligation or, beyond that:

  • As long as there is a legitimate interest legally recognized;

  • When required by law or a public authority;

  • For regular exercise of rights.

Whenever possible, data retained after the end of a contract will be anonymized to prevent identifying the data subject.


USER RESPONSIBILITIES

FRAMEPORT GROUP will apply the best technical and administrative controls to protect personal data. However, these efforts must be supported by precautions from the Data Subjects, such as:

 

  1. Never sharing banking or financial information via email or messaging apps (e.g., WhatsApp, Telegram);

  2. Reporting any suspected or actual policy violations to FRAMEPORT GROUP, including misuse of personal data;

  3. Verifying the authenticity of any promotional or campaign emails by consulting FRAMEPORT GROUP;

  4. Providing accurate and complete information to FRAMEPORT and keeping it updated;

  5. Contacting FRAMEPORT GROUP via dpo@frameport.com.br to exercise data rights;

  6. Employing cybersecurity measures on devices used to interact with FRAMEPORT (e.g., antivirus, firewalls, strong passwords);

  7. Refraining from processing third-party personal data without authorization when interacting with FRAMEPORT GROUP—FRAMEPORT is not responsible for damages caused to third parties as a result of such actions;

  8. Not paying invoices allegedly issued by FRAMEPORT GROUP without verifying the authenticity of the document (value, barcode, financial institution, and beneficiary).

JURISDICTION

Any disputes arising from this Policy shall be submitted to the competent court of the Judicial District of Caçador – SC, with the parties waiving any other jurisdiction.
