1. Choosing the Model and Size

Select the desired model and dimensions, always specifying the Reference Number (code) shown in the “Size Options” available on this website.

If you require dimensions or models not listed on this site, please contact the factory or the nearest FRAMEPORT dealer.

2. Understanding the Reference Number

The Reference Number always refers to the raw (unfinished) product, meaning:

• Without paint, varnish, or finish

• Without accessories, hardware, casings, frames, or installation

• Packaged in a complete standard pallet or cardboard box
  (see more under “Packaging Alternatives for Shipping” in the Maritime Packaging section).

Important notes:

• Folding Door Sets (also known as “Camarão” style) are supplied complete, including hardware and hinges.

• Folding Doors with Hinges, when not purchased as a set, are supplied:
  – With FRAMEPORT standard hinges
  – Without additional accessories
  – With standard upper and lower pre-drilled holes (or marks), ready for accessory installation according to the model

• If you prefer to receive the product without the upper and lower holes, please clearly specify this request in your Purchase Order.

3. Doors with Installed Glass (French style)

When selecting a door with installed glass, the Reference Number refers, unless otherwise noted, to clear tempered flat glass (4 mm) installed in the product.

Additional note:
Other types of glass are available. Please refer to the product catalog and, if the desired item code is not visible, request a special quote.

4. Product Identification and Packaging

The product will be delivered wrapped in polyolefin shrink film, and will include:

• A multicolor poster

• FRAMEPORT barcode

• Label with the Reference Number
